What is the Unlimited Hair offer?
The Unlimited Hair offer gives you access to unlimited haircuts, colours, and blow-dries for a fixed monthly fee. Whether you want to maintain your current style or try something new, you can visit once per week without worrying about extra costs, everything is included.
There are two pricing tiers:
£125/month This is valid with Top Stylist and below (Maddie/Briony/Lola)
£175/month This is valid with ANY hair stylist
How does the Unlimited Hair offer work?
For a monthly fee, you can enjoy unlimited hair services—this includes cuts, colours, smoothing services, treatments and blow-dries. Simply book your appointments, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Are there any limitations on services?
The Unlimited Hair offer covers all the hair services on our menu. If hair extensions are being applied the fitting is included but not the cost of the hair purchase. The Unlimited Hair plan is personal and non-transferable, meaning it’s available only to the person who subscribes to it.
Can I change my membership tier?
Yes! If you need to switch between the Membership tiers, simply let us know. We offer flexibility to ensure the plan you’re on fits your needs.
Can I visit the salon as often as I want?
With the Unlimited Hair offer, you can come once per week. Making it perfect for those who want to keep their hair looking fresh at all times.
How long is the offer valid for?
The Unlimited Hair offer is a monthly subscription, so it continues until you decide to cancel. There’s no long-term contract, and you can cancel at any time with 5 days’ notice so the Direct Debit can be stopped with the bank.
Are there any other perks with membership?
Absolutely! As a member, you’ll enjoy 10% discount on anything form our in salon shop. In addition to unlimited access to haircuts, colours, and blow-dries, you’ll also receive special VIP treatment, priority booking, and exclusive offers and treats throughout the year.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. However, please note that we require minimum 5 days notice to cancel the Direct Debit. You’ll continue to receive your benefits during for the time period you have paid for.
Is there a minimum commitment to the membership?
We ask for a 3 month minimum commitment and this service can be cancelled at anytime after that time. If paying by Direct Debit, we recommend to cancel within 5 days of when the payment is due to be taken to ensure the bank do not collect the money.
How do I sign up?
You can sign up directly through our website, or stop by the salon and speak to one of our team members who will be happy to assist you.
Can I refer a friend to join the membership?
Yes, we’d love that! If you refer a friend who signs up for a membership, we offer rewards such as a discount on your next visit or additional credits for your account.
